Joseph Miranda is chief digital officer for Voya Financial, which helps Americans plan, invest and protect their savings — to get ready to retire better.
Miranda leads the design, implementation and sustainability of improved digital customer experiences at Voya. He is accountable for delivering best-in-class digital solutions to help Americans prepare for retirement. He is also a member of the company’s Operating Committee, collaborating on overall business strategy and key corporate-wide initiatives.
As a global senior marketing executive and digital transformation leader, Miranda has over 20 years of innovative and progressive experience directing the analysis, development, and evolution of digital strategy. He has a proven track record for developing new business solutions within digital, social and mobile to spark organizational transformation, incubate new products, optimize brand performance, drive sales enablement, simplify processes and deliver efficiencies. Miranda champions digital’s accountability to deliver revenue growth by architecting and integrating business strategy, technology and data into a cohesive customer experience suite.
Miranda has a passion for building and managing high-performance, agile, data-driven teams responsible for delivering innovative and profitable business solutions. He is recognized for forging global relationships, and leading collaborative, multifunctional initiatives.
Prior to joining Voya, Miranda served as vice president of global digital strategy, as well as commercial excellence, marketing and technology for GE Capital. He has also served as vice president of digital marketing and channel development for Nielsen. Miranda has vast experience in digital strategy and implementation, and strong fluency in marketing technology, mobile solutions and social media.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Towson University.
